By accessing or using TravelCharted ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TravelCharted is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or objectionable content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The data you enter into TravelCharted (visited destinations, Trip Ideas, etc.) remains yours. You grant TravelCharted a limited license to store and display this data to you as part of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
TravelCharted may offer paid plans such as Pro. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless cancelled. Prices, included features, and availability may change over time, but changes will not reduce access already paid for during the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelCharted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
